(More customer reviews)I placed an order on 12/01/10. $400 worth of floor mats. After 9 calls and a recording telling me the average wait time is 1 1/2 hours, I have given up. They charged my card, and I have no floor mats. I spoke to a Maria on 12/30/10. She had no clue as to why they hadn't shipped yet. She said she would call me back on 1/3/11. She never called me back. I made 3 more attempts in the past week to call customer service and again: "average wait time is 1 hour 20 minutes". I finally was able to talk to a human being today and he told me they have had phone problems. For over a month? He was very reluctant to issue me a credit and finally he agreed to do so. I am stopping payment on my credit card anyway.
Customer Service is HORRIBLE!
Too bad... I really wanted these mats but... If customer service is that bad on just the purchase of their product, Their support of the product "after" the purchase is probably not much better.
This review is all about their customer service, not the product.
If the company cannot support the sale... How would they support the product?

Delphi Packard Weatherpack Crimper Tool Kit Review

The finish is not perfect in the crimping areas, but the overall crimp quality looks just as good as my professional series crimper. This is not a ratchet type crimper, so your hands will get a good workout squeezing the connectors. I have had really good luck with this tool. It does take two crimps to complete each job, one for the front wire section, and the second for the weathertite connection. Thanks

(More customer reviews)I try very hard not to rate an item based on anything other than the quality of the item itself, so I gave this 4 stars. If I could rate the advertising I'd give it 0 stars. The picture in this Amazon listing shows front seat mats. Nowhere in the description does it say this is a rear seat mat, but that's what it is. As for the mat itself, I expected a heavier rubber mat. This is very thin and lightweight, but it does seem well made of durable material. I like that it's form fitted. It seems it will contain any water or spills and not allow it to run off the mat onto the carpet like a flat mat. Now if I can just figure out which front mats match this so I can re-order...

When I received the mats, however, the sticker on the box said, "designed to fit 2007-2008 models." The mats do not fit around the left foot rest on the driver side. I've read great reviews on WeatherTech products, and I'm sure these will be fine in other vehicles, but I am disappointed in Amazon for false information.

They're custom-cut from large sheets, so they fit great (even have the holes for the hooks that keep the mat from slipping under the pedals). Only weak spot is they have no borders around the edges, so the look is "functional" rather than "elegant." It is what it is. Good product, professional service.

Good channel system to hold melted snow in Minnesota for the 2 seated areas, although a ridge along the edges of the center section would capture more snow melt in my van and also in SUVs.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this for use on my Polaris Ranger RZR when parked in the garage. It fits front to back very well even over the front & rear brush guards. It does not quite reach down both sides. This may be due to the roof I have installed on the RZR. Although it does provide for a couple tie downs (provide your own), I would not suggest this cover for trailering. It also appears to be rainproof and I will likely use this when parked outside at camp to keep the seats dry.

(More customer reviews)Just received. I have short fingers so ordered small size per usual experience. This glove was extremely tight to get on. Hand barely made it past the "throat". Once inside, the fingers fit fairly well, although there was still considerable space between end of fingers and end of the glove. The glove lining is loose from the exterior glove layer, causing seams and other portions of the lining to seem to clump between fingers and the outer glove layer, creating uncomfortable sensation of "something in the glove". Appears to be no solution except "get used to it". Also don't expect lots of dexterity here. You pay a price in dexterity for the layers that provide the warmth. Reminded me of ski glove, only with tougher exterior surface. In retrospect I think I prefer more flexible "ironclad" or "mechanix" unlined type work glove with the addition of a separate silk or metal thread liner from the ski market for warmth.

(More customer reviews)This cold weather kit is rather expensive, but it does the job. When it first arrived and I saw what it was I was in shock. "I paid almost $200.00 for this?" I had my electrician buddy install it, even though it could be easily done by anyone that can read directions and connect a couple of snap in plugs. We had many nights of sub-zero temps and when I checked the block and battery they were noticeably warmer than the rest of the unit. I started the generator and it turned over flawlessly. I had already spent over $200.00 on the battery and with the temps we get around here I did not want to keep replacing frozen batteries at that price. I would recommend this cold weather kit to anyone in the same situation. It really does do the job as advertised.

I figured it would only hold overnight, and I could either recharge it in the restrooms or in the car if we were traveling. I was a bit worried the first time I charged it. I tested it by pluging a lamp in and 4 hours later it had drained the battery. I'm not much on figuring ampage vs watts, and wasn't at all sure I was going to be allright overnight. I disconnected my humidifier just to be sure, and it held just fine. It's been a handy thing to have for picnics, camping trips, garage sales... we've found a dozen uses for it and I've only had it a short time. It's bigger, and heavier than I thought it would be, but I'm very glad I got it.

(More customer reviews)Bought this in April in preparation for summer. Used it in May several times with the same results.... a wet interior. Water pools in the top over the cab and you have no way of emptying it out so it ends up inside all over the seats and interior. Can't return it to Quadratec as it's more than 30 days old. Wrote to Bestop for a remedy or refund and got the following reply:
"I apologize that the Trail Cover is not meeting your expectations, however that is normal for the Trail Cover to pool water above the front seats as there is nothing there to allow the water to run off the cover.
Regarding your request for a refund, you will need to call Quadratec for that, that is between you and them."
