(More customer reviews)I bought this cover for a jeep that we only use on the weekends. It's in the Texas hill country.
The cover is "lite" and I assumed it referred to the weight of the cover. Apparently it's the
density of the fabric as well, which I should have realized. With the drought and high temperatures over the past 3 months, the heat deteriorated the cover to shreds. In fairness, the cover may have been fine in normal temperatures. I'm trying to find a replacement cover that itself cannot be destroyed by the sun as I'm not worried about damage to the jeep. I need the cover simply because I remove the back windows for the summer and need to keep animals from getting into the vehicle. This was the 2nd cover I had to throw out..so I guess I'll need to spend more money on a much heavier cover and hope it lasts much longer.
