(More customer reviews)I first purchased from this company when I bought a new 2011 CRV. I was sent the mat for the rear floorboard instead of the front. This was even after a few confirmation and clarification emails. Rather than dwell on the negative and complain, I placed it on the rear floorboard and ordered again. This time the clarification emails proved the right product. Once received and installed though, I realized the mat appeared to be cut by a child using scissors for the first time. On the bright side the matts are rugged and keep the floor clean of debri...except where it isn't cut right...grrr. Would have preferred a laser cut mat from a template.
