The cover appears well made, with sturdy-looking stitching on the seams and edges, and fabric pockets behind the cable grommet holes to avoid scratching the car's paint if a cable lock is used. Water doesn't penetrate the material, so the cover should be stretched as tight as possible to avoid water pooling and freezing.
