They seam to be good quality rubber.
The only problem I foresee is that they are very slippery (especially when wet) They have nowhere for melting snow or water from shoes to go. So you will be driving in the puddle of water. Solution we found is to use 2 mats (not on the driver floor though). On top of these mats - put regular deep channeled rubber mat. This way Weather Tech will collect all the overflow but main water/dirt will be collected by deep channeled mat.
