(More customer reviews)Installed in Jan and by end of Feb the drivers side piece had a huge crack in it. Not sure when or why it happened, but it was too late to return. I believe it broke when we had a cold spell. I only purchased this item because of the reviews I read from this site. The other shades for the other windows seem to be holding up fine. Wish there was a way to contact the product maker instead of just amazon.
