(More customer reviews)This is the second time I've ordered an item from Leatherup.com, and the second time I've had to exchange it for size issues. I ordered the jacket in the size I normally wear, but it seems these must run small, as it was much too tight. I sent it back to exchange for a larger size, and am still waiting on that.
I would definitely recommend this product to any rider who isn't in a hurry to get/use it. If you want it right away, don't order from this seller. (Xelement is the 'house brand' of Leatherup.com, I've not seen it sold anywhere else.) They ship via the slowest possible method, and even worse they sent a shipping notice & tracking number to me very quickly after I ordered, but didn't actually give the package to FedEx for two days after claiming it was shipped.
Exchanges are 'easy', but processed even slower. From the date my return item was in their hands, it took them 10 days to acknowledge they had received the item back, and they still haven't shipped out the replacement.
If you're looking for a great product and willing to wait a month or so after you order it, this should suit you fine. I'm just not the patient type, and hate it when a company has my money and takes their sweet time about coming through with their end of the bargain.
5 *'s for product quality
2 *'s for shipping, communications, and service.
Overall, I'm going to call this a 3 * deal.
