(More customer reviews)I purchased 2 20" wipers for a Chevrolet Blazer. I received a box that looked like it had beeen packaged and wrapped by a child. The box was approx 2" longer than the blades. There should have been no problem, but the wipers were bent in half as if they had to be forced into the box????? The worst experience I have had with Amazon. For $20 it wasn't worth paying to return them for a refund. I just wrote the whole thing off and will not buy anything automotive from Amazon in the future.

(More customer reviews)The helpful little tool provided by Amazon is supposed to tell you if a wiper blade will fit a particular car. That tool says that this 14" blade will fit a 2004 Lexus RX330 rear wiper. It's a lie. The blade assembly itself will absolutely NOT fit an RX330 no matter what you do. Completely different design.
The refill part (the rubber part of the blade aseembly) will fit with modification. That modification is that you clip about 1 cm off from the rubber refill and you re-use the steel re-inforcing strips from the original refill. The reinforcing strips that come with the Michelin blade are too long. You can clip those and use them, but the originals fit and work unmodified.
Overall this supposed to be a good product, according to Consumer Reports; just a shame it will not work w/o modification.
