(More customer reviews)I put this in to a 2004 Kawasaki Ninja 250R. I don't know if it fits other cars or bikes, but you should know what my review is about.
The filter is to tall for the air-box. I had to grind down the edge on the bottom to make it short enough. The two holes are slightly to far apart and a little to small, in both cases it is only by 1-2mm. Unfortunately, that is enough to make it a nightmare to get onto the tubes. And, because the holes are to far apart, the top of the air-box expands such that you have to (or at least I had to) use a hammer to get it on.
I bought this because the stock air filter was torn when I bought the bike, and I figured that I might as well upgrade. After installing it I went for a ride and could feel NO difference at all. Later when I was going up a steep hill I found that at lower RPMs the engine pulls a little (very very little) better.
This would all be fine except that the stock filter costs around $8.00 and this one cost me $39.99, that is to much for the return I got. The stock filter is even cleanable just like the K&N one. I do think that on a vehicle with a bigger engine or worse stock filter it would do better.
