(More customer reviews)ATTENTION POTENTIAL BUYERS: The product description states this model "installs inside the window channel." IT DOES NOT! Upon further research, the manufacturers website states that model #194040 installs inside the window channel, but model #94040 advertised here installs with tape on the outside of the vehicle. Here are the links to the manuals for each model number. They have pictorial representations for installation to illustrate the differences I'm referring too.

I'm disappointed in Amazon at the time I'm writing this. I called customer service upon receiving the product (over three weeks ago) realizing the mistake that had been made, and the representative could not understand my complaint no matter how many different ways I tried to explain it to him (and I don't feel like this is that hard to understand). I see that the same description is still up even though I called and described in detail how the product description is wrong almost a month ago.
I hope this comment prevents others from making the same mistake I made.
